Continuous sitting for long hours creates a mental and emotional disconnect.
It creates tension all over the body.
How to take pauses to release:
- The mental tiredness
- High or Low Emotional activity ( high or low may be different from person to person. It will certainly not be balanced.
How to take breaks between lengthy hours behind the computer?
- Ninety Minutes: You can take a break after every ninety minutes. Set the alarm for every ninety minutes to take a break. Our productivity reduces after ninety minutes; it is a proven fact. Lots of research has been done until now.
- Hydrate yourself: Keep hydrate yourself. 400 ml of water or any liquid is recommended. It can be a mix of juices and milk. Avoid aerated drinks.
- Regain Mental Energy: Sit quietly for the two minutes with closed eyes to regain the energy.
- Eight counts of breathing: Four deep breaths and four chest breaths with a count of four seconds will help you to control high and low emotional activity.
- 100 -200 meter walk: Walk till washroom to get your drink. It will open your joints, and tensed muscles relax.
They are sitting long hours before the screen derives mental tiredness and creates high and low emotional activity.

To get up the fresh, energetic, peaceful sleep, how you are going to bed is very important.
I am sharing four powerful tips to go to bed peacefully.
- Writing before going to bed: Writing about your day. Start writing with fails to achievements of the day. Writing a paragraph will take five min. The Paragraph should end with achievements. It will help you to settle your emotional activity.
- Writing next day Goals: Structure, following day goals will help you get a relaxed sleep. Most of th people sleep in worry about tomorrow. It is an essential and recommended step to follow.
- Shower before sleep: Shower thirty to forty min before bedtime to get a relaxed and peaceful sleep. It washes all the negative energy you carried the whole day and brings freshness.
- Eights reps of breathing exercise: Four reps of a deep breath and four reps of chest breathing will relax your inner body. It provides the oxygen to all parts and calms your blood vessels. All eight practices recommended with the minimum hold you can do. You can increase the time of the hold gradually.
All these practices will help you to release the pressure of the body and reduce emotional activity, which is essential to get a deep and relaxed sleep.

The entrepreneurs’ Journey is like walking on the rocks barefoot or walking in the desert without carrying water.
