Depression is a low emotional state one can experience it during his JOB or being a Businessman or Entrepreneur. However, it is very crucial to address this so that people with consciousness overcome it.

DEPRESSION– is an emotional state.

The critical part of emotions is people fail to address them.

People fail to address their emotional states.

The best way to address this is by addressing behaviour change-

  1. You prefer to stay alone.
  2. You feel directionless
  3. You are not aware of what is happening.
  4. You find yourself more in past.
  5. Your taste buds have been impacted.
  6. Losing curiosity

You might feel a few or all symptoms. Depression is a negative state; when you feel low,

Connect with someone whom you truly trust. And talk about your feelings. It would help you to vent out negative emotions.

And this is the first state when you are actually working towards a better life.

Remember this is just the beginning. You can continue with a psychiatrist or councillor to overcome this.

The next best thing you can do to yourself is—

  1. Nature- experiencing nature daily is great.
  2. Consuming a lot of water will relax your brain and hormones and dilutes negative elements from the body.
