People find it difficult to show Gratitude when they are in critical situations. And 98 % of people struggle with “Why” this or that incident happened to them.

Traveling to various cities and all public places will remove the feeling of “WHY”.

Luckily I got the opportunity to travel a lot in my life and since childhood. I used to visit hospitals many times because of the falls that I had had while playing.

Visits of GOVT Hospitals: I often used to bang with two-wheelers ( luckily, No four-wheeler).

 Until the age of 14, I used to stay in a building where no separate playground was there. So, bang with two-wheelers ( mistake always used to be theirs ? )and falls on the road was very common with me, always used to have one or two bandages.  I saw many patients of various diseases in my childhood.

I never got this “Q” in my mind why this has happened to me.

If you are in the game, falls and challenges will always be there.

  • Seen all class of people, rich, upper-medium, and medium, why I have this, and why I don’t have this never appeared in my thoughts.

What was there in mind? It was ASPIRATIONS AND GRATITUDE.

As soon as anything terrible happens to people, they start showing vengeance.

People stop believing in God and the  Universe and much more.

Certain facts stop people from showing Gratitude…

  1. Things do not go their way
  2. Fall in business
  3. Loss, it can be any loss
  4. Diseases

How to Show Gratitude in critical situations:

  •  Taking birth in this universe is itself a blessing. The immense Gratitude is you are alive; you are breathing. If you are alive, you have an active brain and efficient senses that work for you all the time.
  • You have a strong army with you.

  • Life itself is a blessing.

Ask the value of life who had lost someone very early.

The very first Gratitude is for your life.

  • What you had in the past but you don’t have now. I Gratitude for what I had, and God gave me. I could experience it, and I got the opportunity to live with all those moments—gratitude, What You Had In Your Life.

We can’t have everything throughout our life.

I had many things and people in my life, but now I don’t have. I have seen a fall terrible fall, and I always show Gratitude that helped me to restore energy and being positive throughout the day.

  • Gratitude for What is left: It will help you to preserve what is left. And it will help you aspire to earn more. Here I’m not asking, don’t feel the pain of whatever you have lost. But to express Gratitude for what is left. Now I’m asking you to pen down what all you have currently and show Gratitude to them.
  • Strengths and Courage you have:  Every human being is empowered with Courage and strength. Gratitude for the Strength and Courage you have shown until now and will take you forward. Gratitude will shower you with blessings and success in your efforts. Your strength and Courage will make things work for you.

Gratitude is a sweet gesture to express thanks to this universe. Practice it.
