How to Pull Yourself Up

How toPull Yourself up when you fall again and again

Maintaining HOPE

When maintaining hope becomes a challenge

And everything looks like a frozen mountain that would never melt

To keep yourself up all the time, when it seems as if nothing is going well and when you see a lot of things are in its place. 

And then what causes that sudden anxiety and thirst, is it related to doing something and achieving more . Did you experience  it?  How strong is the desire to achieve that you want ? 

Is it enough to challenge you and inspires you to do more? 

 

In a day you might loose your calm, 

And then again you feel it even more worse than earlier. 

 

And it might be because you can’t see the beyond. 

 

And there is only way left and it is  to pull yourself up. 

 

Pull yourself up to live one more day with the hope of the next day. 

If anything works in your favour; is you and …

+ Your energy 

+ Your desire to grow to live and doing something  more;

+ And the most crucial one –  Seeing Your Loved Ones Each Day

 

To have the above all, do this: 

+ Notice that’s going well

+ Notice that might go well.
